We can post or email the voucher to you or the recipient or you can pick it up in store. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

1.5% service fee applies to all EFTPOS and credit card payments (including Tap & Go).
A surcharge applies on Sundays and all public holiday bookings.
You will be required to provide credit card details to secure your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If 24-48 hours' notice (depending on the size of the booking - larger groups require at least 48 hours notice) is not given for booking cancellations, 100% of the booking will be charged to the credit card supplied.

WHAT TO WEAR
Choose comfortable clothing. For certain treatments and packages, spa attire and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided to you. Underwear is required for all treatments. You may choose to wear swimwear for water therapy treatments if you wish. Disposable underwear is also available.
VALUABLES
Lockers will be provided for your personal items with certain treatments. Your personal items are with you in the treatment rooms, however we recommend all valuables be left at home.
MOBILE PHONES
For the comfort of all patrons, please switch off your mobile phone whilst in the treatment area.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy the journey.
